October 20 — The Message of the Manger

Please join us for our Christmas in October celebration. We decorate a Christmas tree with small hand made socks containing gifts for our missionaries. Our texts for this special day are Luke 2:12 and 2 Corinthians 8:1-9. The sermon is “The Message of the Manger”. Our Lord’s “grace gift” for us is motivation for “grace giving” to help others. 2 Corinthians 8:1-9 provides evidence of how God’s grace motivates generous giving. We also encourage reading Psalm 121 to prepare for worship and prayer.
