July 15 – On Holy Ground … the Gospel of John – Part 17

In Morning Worship Pastor Reigle will continue to guide our understanding of the Gospel of John.  In a sermon titled “Faith Tested … Faith Rewarded” he will examine John 4:43-54 and answer these questions:
— For what purpose does the Apostle John include the events he describes in chapter 4?
— What phrase from verse 50 is the key to verses 43-54?
— Why did Jesus respond to the official as He did in verse 48?
— Why didn’t Jesus go to Capernaum?
— What two conditions bring forth faith?
— Have you done so?  Are you doing so?
