February 17 – On Holy Ground … the Gospel of John – Part 38

In Morning Worship Pastor Reigle continues our study of the Gospel of John with a message titled “Savior like a Shepherd …” and based on John 10:22-42.  We will consider these questions:
— What is the event taking place in verses 22-42?
— Jesus again uses the Shepherd/sheep theme in this passage.  The emphasis this time is on the sheep.  What are the four marks of determined/disciplined disciples or sheep?
— Why do we need not fear, if we heed and hear the Shepherd’s voice?
— In refuting the Jewish leaders (10:33), to what does Jesus give testimony?
— Are you sensitive to that voice?
