July 20 – The Sermon on the Mount – Part 2

Join us for Morning Worship and the second in a series of messages from the Sermon on the Mount. The message is titled “A Two-Word Invitation” and is based on Matthew 4:18-22. We will learn the answers to these questions:
— How can Jesus be described in Matthew 4:19, and what does He extend?
— How is Jesus described in Matthew 4:16?
— To what does He call us?
— How can that be defined?
— When we are walking in the “Light,” Who is living within us?
— What does that give the follower of Christ? And how can it be defined?
— What two-word invitation does Jesus extend to us?
— When one becomes a follower of Christ, it is solely because of what?
— When Jesus called the Disciples to follow Him, to what did He call them to abandon?
— As the all-sovereign Lord, what does Jesus ask from everyone He calls? Have you done so?
