He wore camel hair and ate locust and honey for meals. His eyes were piercing, his beard coarse, and his skin sunburned and leathery. Yet, John the Baptist was a captivating, remarkable man who was provocative but tender, strong-willed but humble.
In Morning Worship Pastor Reigle will introduce a brief look at the life and ministry of John the Baptist, the one Jesus said “among those born of women there has not arisen anyone greater.” (Matthew 11:11) The series is titled “Conscience of a Nation – Probing the Life of John the Baptist.” The first sermon in this series is based on Luke 1:5-25, 57-66.
